Teachers were treated to breakfast from Dunkin’ Donuts with coffee generously donated to help start the day, followed by lunch from San Marcos Mexican Grill.
As we wrap up this special week, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to every business, organization, and community member who donated food, gift cards, funding, gifts, and support to help make this week possible. From meals and coffee to gift cards and special surprises, our teachers truly felt appreciated all week long.
A special thank you as well to Texas Roadhouse, First Watch, Jimmy John’s, Bonefish Grill, The Driftwood, Hamaknockers, Breakfast Station, Lucky Goat, Village Pizza, Gaines Street Pies, Walk-On’s, Songbird Nails, and Atlas Coffee for donating gift cards and experiences for our teachers. The excitement and gratitude from our staff was evident every single day.
To Mr. Ryan Warner and all of our Wakulla High Culinary students, we appreciate how you all went above and beyond throughout the entire week to serve our teachers.
To Mrs. Dollar and Mrs. Cook, Your hard work behind the scenes helped make each day special, and we are so thankful for the care and effort you put into celebrating our faculty and staff.
To everyone who contributed in big ways and small ways — thank you for helping us show appreciation the people who pour so much into our students every day. Our teachers felt loved, supported, and appreciated all week long.
Breakfast was made possible by Mathers Electric, and a very special thank you goes to our Wakulla High Culinary students and staff for preparing and serving breakfast for our teachers and staff.
Lunch from Zaxby's was provided through the generosity of Bluewater Realty and Lowe Legal & Title.
We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to Southern Pipe & Supply, Gene Cutchins Construction, Young Family Funeral Home, Wakulla Realty, and Centennial Bank for helping provide extra special gifts for our teachers and staff this week, including shirts and tote bags. Your support and generosity helped make this week even more meaningful.

Yesterday was Day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week, and our hearts — and bellies — were definitely full! 💙
Our teachers started the morning with donuts and orange juice provided by the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office, along with munchkins donated by Dunkin'.
Lunch was catered by Sonny's BBQ thanks to the generosity of Waypoint Properties, Edwin Brown, Olah Fencing, and Amazing Mail Solutions. Teachers also enjoyed ice cream donated by Mr. Niraj Patel to help cool off and end the day on a sweet note! 🍦
We’d also like to thank those who donated gift cards and experiences for our teachers, including passes to Gulf Specimen Marine Laboratory and Tallahassee Museum, along with gifts from BW’s Grill, Wakulla Sands Golf, El Jalisco, Trident, Riccardo’s, Outback, BJ’s, Island Wing, and Firehouse.
Thank you to everyone who continues to pour into our teachers this week. Your support, kindness, and generosity truly mean so much to our staff.
The money raised from this event goes towards helping victims of abuse through the nonprofit, Futures Without Violence.
There will be food, guest speakers, face painting, games, resources, and more!

This morning, teachers enjoyed coffee from Wild Ox Coffee, the perfect pick-me-up from Ms. Falk, and delicious cinnamon rolls donated by TC Bakery.
For lunch, teachers were treated to Kast Net, made possible through the generosity of St. Marks Powder, Air Con of Wakulla, Pitman Construction, City of Sopchoppy, Golden Construction, McIver Flooring, and Sean Gellis, Esquire.
We’d also like to thank the individuals who donated gift cards for our teachers this week: Hobbit American Grill, Riverside Cafe, Taste of Thomasville, The Lodge of Wakulla Springs, and Zaxby's.

Our teachers were treated to a great breakfast from The Shack and baked potatoes for lunch from Ms. Sheree at Posey’s Steam Room—definitely a well-deserved start to the week.
