Students in Ms. Janice Williams’ Speech class recently completed research projects highlighting influential African American inventors, civic leaders, athletes, musicians, and pioneers in medicine and science.
After researching their selected individual, students created multimedia presentations and delivered speeches to their classmates—strengthening research, organization, and public speaking skills aligned with Florida standards.
Projects like this reflect the power of student voice and the importance of developing confident, informed communicators.

Alright, War Eagle Nation, it's almost go-time! Our squad is locked in and ready to protect our home turf against Bishop Kenny in the Regional Semifinals, scheduled for February 12th at 6 PM. This game isn't just another match; it's their shot to advance to the Regional Championship, and they're ready to give it their all. But that's not all – the Wakulla boys soccer boosters are covering the entry for the first 25 students! And we've got a limited amount of sweet soccer swag to give out to our amazing fans as a thank you for your support. Let's turn our stadium into a sea of red and blue, creating an atmosphere that our opponents won't soon forget. Your energy, your cheers – it's what fuels our team. Together, we rise, we conquer, and we defend our nest! Let's fill the stands, make some noise, and cheer our War Eagles to a resounding victory!

Celebrating CTE Month with a special spotlight on our Wakulla High School Medical Academy! 🩺🩺
Our students are currently gaining invaluable experience completing their clinical hours at Eden Springs.
Hear what our seniors have to say about the experience:
Camila Coello Espinoza: “It’s a good feeling to help people that can’t help themselves.”
Aubrey Hughes: “The staff have been really nice to us.”
Aryana Berardi: “I really enjoy talking and getting to know the residents.”
We are incredibly grateful to Eden Springs for partnering with us and providing our students the opportunity to serve and grow. We couldn't be prouder of these future healthcare heroes! 🦅✨

There’s something powerful about a full-circle moment. ❤️🤍💙
Last week, some of our oldest students from Wakulla High spent time with the youngest learners at Riversink Elementary, helping kindergarten students choose and check out their very first library books.
Seniors and juniors from JOI and FFEA guided little hands and helped spark a love of reading. 📚✨
