Wakulla County Schools is pleased to announce Timothy Wheeler as the new Athletic Director at Wakulla High School.

Wheeler returns to WHS after most recently serving as Principal of Shadeville Elementary School. He previously served as an Assistant Principal at Wakulla High and brings both school-based leadership experience and a strong familiarity with the War Eagle community.

In addition to serving as WHS Athletic Director, Wheeler will also serve concurrently as District Administrator of Athletics, providing support to Wakulla Middle School and Riversprings Middle School. In that capacity, he will help ensure athletic programs across the district are consistently implementing updated state requirements and operating under shared expectations and procedures.

We are excited to welcome Mr. Wheeler back to Wakulla High School and look forward to the leadership and experience he will bring to athletics across Wakulla County Schools.

Welcome back to Wakulla High, Mr. Wheeler! Go War Eagles!
