Application Instructions

Both the parent/guardian and the student should carefully read the student locker and agreement before signing. Locker  applications will be accepted through out the school year as needed.  

Submit your completed application to Discipline to receive your locker assignment. The student's schedule will be taken into consideration when assigning locker locations around campus.
