Schedule: Weekends: 10am-5pm. 4-16 hours a week.This is a weekend position, scheduled as needed based on party bookings. Each shift includes 45 minutes of setup, 2 hours of party time, and 45 minutes of cleanup.

Description: As a Birthday Party Host, your main role is to ensure that every child has a safe, active, and unforgettable experience — with the birthday child always feeling like the star of the show. Responsibilities include: Greeting all children and parents as they arrive and creating a welcoming, upbeat environment. Leading structured games, group fitness-style activities, and obstacle courses. Supervising 30 minutes of open gym play, followed by approximately 45–60 minutes of organized athletic fun. Overseeing the safety of all children while coaching with confidence and positive energy. Facilitating transitions between activity time, food/snack/cake time, and gift opening. Setting up (~45 minutes before) and cleaning up (~45 minutes after) each party Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable leading a group of energetic kids. Responsible and punctual. (this is not a role where flaking is okay) A team player who can follow event procedures and step up when needed and who can multitask. Physically active — you don’t need to be a CrossFitter, but you should enjoy fitness and movement. Available on Saturdays and/or Sundays between 10am-5pm. Experience working with kids (babysitting, camps, sports teams, etc.) is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person.
